The Symphony Editions of Spirits of Salud tell the story of a journey where exceptional whiskies from across the world are brought together into one extraordinary creation. Ichiro Akuto, master blender of Chichibu, travels the globe in search of remarkable casks, selecting each whisky with the precision of a conductor choosing his instruments. Every component carries its own character and voice. When combined, they form a carefully composed blend — much like individual instruments joining to create a symphony. The name Allargando, a musical term describing a gradual slowing and broadening of sound, reflects the character of this expression. The whisky unfolds slowly, revealing layer after layer of depth and intensity. Each element is given the space to express itself before merging into a refined and complex whole — a composition where balance, patience and craftsmanship take center stage.

Rich notes of cherry, strawberry syrup and candied plum, balanced by floral hints of orchid and dahlia. Subtle cask influence adds touches of licorice and anise, creating a complex and elegant profile.
